NSS Guides students and takes care of them like their own children which helps the students approach their teachers, talk about their inadequacies and work on improving themselves without any fear or hesitation. An important trait we noticed in our son was that he never used to miss a class no matter what happened, he followed his teachers 100%, and most importantly, he used to go there and study at NSS all the time, which helped him overcome his distractions and that’s what we believed play the most significant factor in his success. We are extremely lucky to have found NSS through a relative of ours, this has undoubtedly been the best decision of our lives. What I really loved about the atmosphere and the culture of NSS was the healthy bonding among the students, and the relationship of trust and faith between the teachers and students. He has met some of his best friends here and they contributed to his success as well. An unique thing that we used to see was Nikhil Sir often having lunch with students together, which brought them all closer and create some of the best memories of his life. Nikhil Sir always used to say that for a student, only studying is not enough, one should first become a good person and respect their parents. Throughout this journey, we had complete faith on Nikhil Sir and the teachers and we are very grateful to the entire NSS team for their contributions in this journey, and we pray and hope that our child goes to pay this forward and contribute to society in a positive way.

I am Debamita Pal, a final year undergraduate student of Jadavpur University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Nikhil Sir is a father-figure to me. He has been there for me through thick and thin. His holistic way of teaching had me attracted to academics and his regular motivation helped me navigate and learn from failures. He and his team's approach to JEE and NEET subjects have been highly engaging and the doubt clarification sessions helped me develop a clearer understanding of concepts. The weekly tests have helped me identify and work on my weaker areas of study. His guidance and life lessons have helped me approach life with discipline and dedication that have had a direct positive impact on my career growth. Hello,my name is Debdatta Dey. I am presently a second year student at BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus. I am pursuing a dual degree in MSc Physics and B.E in electrical and electronics engineering. I joined the institute back in 2016,when I was in class 8. After I got to class 10 , Nikhil sir started taking our chemistry classes.It was really an altogether different experience doing his classes.I felt that studies have become so much easy and enjoyable with the way he taught. Not only that,he also told us many stories and life lessons that we can learn from the ancient texts like Gita, etc. I could come at any time when I wished....the teachers would always be there to help.Even during the tough times,during the jee and other exams,I could always approach Nikhil sir to ask for advice and he was there with me throughout the journey. I can surely say that what I have become now as a student and as a person,Nikhil sir played a huge role in it. My name is Subhrajit Chowdhury. I studied under the guidance of Nikhil Sir from 2012-2015. Following this, I graduated from IIT Kharagpur Chemical Engineering (B Tech) in 2019. After graduating from IIT KGP, I worked for flipkart as a business analyst for a couple of years and I am currently an investment associate in a venture capital fund (Chiratae Ventures), investing in early stage startups. I owe a lot of my success, not only in JEE but also in IIT and beyond to Nikhil sir. He laid the platform for me at a time when I had little guidance. He was by far the best teacher I had in my early days, but it was not only academic concepts but also motivation and guidance that he provided that profoundly impacted me.
