Utkarsh Jaiswal
IIT KGP
I am Utkarsh Jaiswal in my Final year at IIT Kharagpur, and back in my 10th class I was not quite sure about my career path. I was not that much interested in Science and chemistry to be specific. Nikhil sir met me and convinced me that not only will he develop my interest in science, but also gave me the assurance that I had the potential to succeed in getting into IIT. Yes there were lots of ups and downs and Nikhil sir was always there at each point guiding me. Nikhil sir's help was not limited to just academics, but also financially and in the overall development of me as a person. I consider myself fortunate to have got Nikhil sir and I would be ever grateful to him.

Anoushka Verma
MBBS from Midnapore Medical college, West Bengal
Hello everyone, I am Anoushka Verma and am currently pursuing my MBBS at Midnapore medical college. I will try to brief my journey towards cracking neet, where Nikhil sir has a vital role to play. Although I must accept that his classes sometimes feel long and tiring and you feel like giving up, but I can guarantee you that with the time invested in the classes provided you actually listen to the class you will gain a lot of knowledge, not only just focusing on cracking neet but the knowledge you gain actually boosts your confidence and I personally feel that this confidence helps you cracking an exam such as NEET. In my case, I was not at all confident about the subject Chemistry, but he indeed made this subject something like a piece of cake for me. There were obviously hard times during my journey and the thing I like the most about Nikhil sir is that he is always optimistic and his words always used to give me hope and support. Such an approach towards teaching I feel is needed a lot when you are trying to compete in one of India's most competitive exams. He is one of the main reasons that I stand where I am right now. As a senior, as a person who had already gone through what all of you will be or are currently going through, I will advise you to sincerely follow the classes and the methodologies taught by Nikhil sir, as it will surely help you achieve your goals.

Priyam Saha
IIT KGP
Hello, I am Priyam Saha, a fourth year undergraduate at IIT Kharagpur pursuing Intergrated Masters in Economics along with a Minor in Mathematics and Computing with a microspecialisation at Artificial Intelligence and its Applications. I have been into Nikhil sirs’ mentorship right from class 9 and I cannot be grateful enough for what he has done for me, he not only helped me to get through the exams and shape my academic life but also brought about a change in me, as a person and made me future ready to tackle the various headwinds of life. IIT for me was a distant dream that couldn’t have been achieved without his help and valuable guidance. Whenever I went to sir with a problem or difficulty, he always had a very systematic solution for the same and thereby aiding me to get through them. I cannot imagine what I would have done without Nikhil sir and his valuable guidance. Thank you sir.

IIT KGP
I am forever grateful to the entire NSS team for making me who I am today. I have been studied here since Class 9th and they have played an integral role in my life, NSS has taught me, first and foremost, how to be a good human being and how to be disciplined and organized and systematic in all aspects of life. Our teachers used to interact with all of us during class and they got to understand our strengths and weaknesses and guided us accordingly. I was always comfortable approaching them when I had doubts and they would give us time to resolve our queries plus we would engage in one-on-one meetings every now and then where they would help us outline a plan to better our strengths, overcome our weaknesses. Whenever we were going through any difficulties that were hampering our progress, Nikhil Sir was ALWAYS there to comfort us and guide us in the right direction. All he wanted from us was FULL Commitment and one of the MOST IMPORTANT lessons that he taught us was – “to stop worrying about the results, and instead focus on enjoying the process with full focus and attention and results would automatically follow”. I always got a good distraction-free environment for self-study in NSS and there would never be any kind of negativity among our peers. We would always be involved in healthy competition and help each other and build each other up. Nikhil sir regularly held personal meetings with us to discuss our performance, listen to our problems, resolve them and give us short term and long term targets. Sir also used to give Seminars to us before each exam in order to mentally prepare us and prepare a Final Revision plan. We were always ACCOUNTABLE to him which prevented us from becoming casual and thereby cheating ourselves. We would send Sir our daily targets and that helped us stay organized and alert. In fact, I still send my daily target schedules to sir while in college because it’s a very effective way to stay on track and not get distracted. I am very grateful for the wonderful journey that I got to enjoy because of NSS and I feel very FORTUNATE to have been a student here.

Aayush Vatsh Mishra
Jadavpur University
Hello everyone, this is Aayush Vatsh Mishra and currently I'm pursuing chemical engineering from Jadavpur University I'm in my 4th year.Nikhil sir is like a good friend and a mentor, during the classes it never felt like we were there to just study because we have to instead we were there because sir made the topic interesting by simplifying it and helping us to understand every bit of what he was teaching , this teaching method of his was very favourable by me(a person who finds it difficult to understand and memorize without the subject getting simplified). I had the support of Nikhil sir for 3 years(2016-2019) some of the best time I had . After my 12th sir actually helped me by convincing my parents to let me repeat one more year because according to him I had it in me and can easily get into a good college (which I think I was able to prove). I always felt that Nikhil sir is like a good friend to me and he matters to me a lot.

Rudrajyoti Das
IIT KGP
Good Morning, I am Rudrajyoti Das. I currently study at IIT Kharagpur, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. I first met Nikhil sir when I was in class 10, and he had a great impact on my life. I was this big video game addict before, but only within a few months, all of that went away under his influence. There are many teachers who can teach well, but only few actually care about the students. He forms a very strong bond with his students, and I believe when there's such a great teacher-student relationship, the student can go miles for his teacher, he doesn't want to disappoint his teacher. When I was his student, I used to feel this constant urge to perform, but not for myself... it was to make him proud of me. This urge used to motivate me to be better, and helped me reach where I am today. Even today, 3 years after clearing JEE Advanced, the same feeling drives me to be the best in what I do. The way he invests time in each and every student is really the thing that makes the difference
